Smokeview seg faults on case using WUI "bulk density files"

In /home4/mcgratta/Test there is a case called 2_Baixa_cat. When I try to open it in Smokeview, it seg faults. In smv debug mode, I don't get any hints to the problem. I am using the latest Smokeview on linux, but my latest Windows bundle smv fails too.

should be fixed. update your smv repo and rebuild smokeview. I was not checking if a pointer was NULL (not defined) before using it
