Investigate tool automation

It would be great if we can automate the creation of our toolchain with Startblock, That might include the following:

• Create Slack channel
• Create GitHub project
• Create Codeship project and setup testing
• Create an IC account on our private IC server
• Set up Appsignal

I'm not sure if all those tools support request over an API, but if they do, it would speed up our process a lot.

We can do a lot of this stuff if we are going to use GitLab for our private development. (as in, we can setup a gitlab project and CI server)

@michiels Maybe we can have a discussion some day if Github should be our main platform for private repo's :-) Since I would love us to move ti Gitlab :)
