What other components/helpers to include in core or relm/ui?

At least initially, I do not want another ecosystem of components; i.e. relm-datepicker, etc., since all relm provides is a state layer over existing components. As an alternative I would like to include flexible wrappers in relm. For instance, checkable is an example of that sort of wrapper. We should look to jquery-ui for inspiration on how to be flexible and stable long term.

Whether or not relm supports multiple view layers (like mithril #3) will also dictate how view-specific we make these helpers.
