Need thoughts on how to test components (unit tests + integration of nested components)
Decide on tooling (mocha/karma/tape/etc, integrating code coverage tool, default reporters)
Make helpers for testing component views (react-dom / mithril) - need to keep api consistent, where possible

Once settled, need to:

Make the testing framework and test project files with it (examples, tutorial, etc.)
Documentation re: testing tool chain + add tutorial on testing to guide
