can't use with ender

Can you actually use this with ender? It's tagged with ender however there's no actually additions to the ender object ($) that can be used. I don't see any integrations in the code either, or anyway at all how to use it.

It used to be able to be used with ender, but I removed that functionality because I'm not using ender anymore. If you want to submit a pull request to add that functionality back in, I'll accept it.

Fair enough. Just curious, I am new to Ender and on the fence about it. Why did you stop using it?
