Path the STAR index is hardcoded

I noticed that the path to the STAR index of the reference genom eis automatically set, but it uses 'project-folder'+'/References'. However, it should use the path of the config(genome) value, without the file, so that it would be in the same folder as the used reference genome and not in a hard-coded own path.
