Move TITL tags to the name accordion #3071

TITL facts are currently displayed in the facts+events tab.

It might be better if we could display them in the NAME/SEX accordion.
(Or maybe in their own sidebar?)

Either way, this will require us to refactor the current "Print Fact" logic, which is hard-coded to display the table-row struture that is used in the tabs.

Although I think this is a good idea, there doesn't appear to be support for it within the user community.
