Tails do not persist cosmetic changes on the terminal. Even if using the MVP of Oh My Zsh on TailsOS #5, the background color still mananged by the Gnome or something. This issue is to potencially find some workaround around this to use when persistence is enabled.

bin/tails-ui-options-export and bin/tails-ui-options-import from #19 solves this. The problem is that is a bit waay to generic (it is likely to also export proxy information), but there is room from improvement there.

Anyway, since it is hardcoded to tails persistence (and we assume that persistance already is LUKS encrypted) one potential problem would be how the user make external backups. We dont have documentation about external backups, but seems plausible somewhat enforce that they should not be simple copy and paste.
