Current coverage is a low 44%. This needs to improve drastically. It will probably require some refactoring, so it would be best to write some integration tests prior to doing this.

At 75% I'm happy with the test coverage. The remaining code is basically executing commands and the logic around flag parsing. I don't feel like this really needs to be addressed, at least for now. This would be more suited to e2e testing.
