Some polling places are hard to tap on mobile because of corresponding placemarkers on the basemap #27

For example, Creedmoor Elementary School has the same location as a polling place as it has as a place that accompanies the roadmap basemap. The basemap-accompanying place marker has a larger trigger area, cause it to be tapped instead of the polling place marker sometimes, preventing the user from easily accessing the relevant popup data such as the links to the ncsbe.gov pages pertinent to that polling place.

polling places have been moved to a separately togglable layer that sits on top of whichever other (polygon) layer is chosen, which blocks access to Google-provided tappable elements on the basemap.
