As iOS does not support Zoom-Levels the existing ZoomLevel property should be refactored to provide a minimal display area setting around a position or pin

I think we need to Unify MoveToRegion and ZoomLevel on iOS and Android so they will get the same behaviours.
like Xamarin.Forms.Maps Do.
