is a user friendly application for tracking bacteria grown in a Mother Machine, a microfluidic device to study bacteria in a carefully controllable environment.
We provide software for:
- the data pre-processing which enhances the registered image data and extracts each individual growth channel.
- the cell segmentation and tracking (this is MoMA itself).
- data post-processing of MoMA's output.
