Added Max Monitor Refresh Rate FPS support for 1080p Thirteen AG patch.Possible to limit to 60 when adjusting the monitor overall refresh rate.

0. Go to Control Panel>Programs>Programs and Features>Turn Windows Features on or off>Legacy Components>Enable Direct Play .NET 3.5 Framework support
1. Install DirectX 9 Runtime from MS on Windows 11 it is not included:

2. Download and extract this github archive.
3. Extract files
4. Copy/Paste into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Max Payne 2 The Fall of Max Payne

NB for Dual GPU's Laptops only!

1. Download everything extract.

2. Copy all files from Reshade Dual GPU's Laptops folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Max Payne 2 The Fall of Max Payne

3. Go to your NVIDIA Control Panel>3D Settings>Global find the preferred GPU and set it to NVIDIA

4. Enjoy
