Illegal Instruction

I followed the instructions of the following link to run "smvsrecon" and the program stopped by stating
"illegal instruction"
What should I do to debug?

Sorry, I lost track of this issue. Do you still get the error? If yes can you please let me know which compiler (and also the version) you’re using?
