fix: Post--by-actor not showing when comparing user instances

Compare IDs since the discussion author relation can be unavailable.

• Frontend changes: tested on a local Flarum installation.
• Backend changes: tests are green (run composer test).
• Core developer confirmed locally this works as intended.
• Tests have been added, or are not appropriate here.

Thanks for tracking this down! I had noticed it a few times, but then when I'd go back to check, it'd suddenly be fixed again. :)
