Issues with replaying files with a very large difference in global offset comparing to mine

Here's my FFR replay data that works totally fine on my side. Everything is on sync and the rhythm feels right. I got 3 goods on this replay.
It would not have been an issue if all replays work on everybody's pc. But when I plugged in other people's replay, the offsync between the songs and the notes is something like 2 or somewhere like 3 or 4 beats. Just like how it was before I adjusted the Global offset.

Here's the replay. Apart from a computer that also has a extremely large global offset, when this file is replayed in other people's pc, the music should be way off. The other way round, is that if I replay other poeple's file with a Global offset of +/- 1 in range, then the music on my side will be way off.

Reproduction Steps
Follow these steps to reproduce bug:
Replay Petal in web and engine, then replay Darkside in web and engine as well

Reproduction Rate
This bug occurs 100% of the time.
For most people who replay other people's replay fine, the file Darkside should be on sync but not Petals

Expected behaviour
If I replay anyone else's file including my old replays, the song and the notes, despite the large difference in global offset, should be on sync.

Additional context or comments
There's a sort of a workaround I used when replaying other files - that I edited the Global and the Judge offset (like 9 global and 9 judge) of other people's replay matches my pc,. The music and the hit time matches, but it doesn't quite fix it as the notes dissapears in the middle on the screen now instead.
