recursive revert

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add a few directoris and subdirectories
2. try doing revert on top directory
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the revert should get reverted, instead, you have to go and revert files in 
each directory first

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.9.13 (0.9.13), Mac OSX 10.5.6

Fixed in r89.
Also added recursive checkbox option to add, remove, update & resolved commands.
