Mainly on high-res video playback, but also sometimes if the CPU has a large load, it will render a frame prior to the current one again, and then jump forwards to real time.
I am on the latest wayland and nvidia on Fedora stable, but don't know how to provide debugging info to fix this. Happy to help anyway I can.
