Chrome does not display emoji correctly in the page title

Hello, I recently noticed something strange going on in Google Chrome Flatpak, what happens is that it displays emojis present on the page correctly, however, the same does not happen in the browser page title.

I tested it in other browsers and the same doesn't seem to happen, only happening with Chrome Flatpak.

I know it's not something VERY IMPORTANT, but aesthetically speaking, it's annoying that this happens.
