Problem description

Flatpak ver. of Steam ignores "fullscreen mode" setting and launches in "windowed mode" when using "Big Picture".

My Steam App Version is "1687386907".

Does this issue reproduce with native Steam

The only workaround is to enable and disable windowed mode, at that moment it goes full screen. But you need to do it every time.

I'm having the exact same problem, same Distroaswel (Ubuntu 22.04 LTS)
And not only that, but now no fullscreen application is working for me.

I need to play games on windowed mode.
