Reuse polkit credentials for related runtime/app #323

When (un)installing an application or runtime sometimes a related item is pulled in too (such as a .Locale). It appears to be asking for credentials a second time in these cases. It would be nice if the polkit credentials (presumably on the dbus connection fd) were re-used for the secondary operation.
