[Bug]: GTK4/libadwaita layout broken on KDE Wayland; rows are tiny, text squashed

How to reproduce

1. Install KDE Wayland on Arch.
2. Install a GTK4 program like Errands or Done.
3. Design is broken. It looks like this:

Expected Behavior

The design shouldn't be broken. It should look like this:

Actual Behavior

The design is broken.

Reported here first, but the issue isn't exclusive to Errands, so it made sense to report to the Flatpak issue tracker.

Errands' design is fine when compiled from source, rather than using the Flatpak package.

Flatpak does not have direct control over the version or behaviour of GTK or libadwaita in Flatpak apps, so this is probably more likely to be a https://gitlab.com/freedesktop-sdk/freedesktop-sdk issue.

"Design" is a very general term, so I've retitled this to use the word "layout" to make it clearer what aspect of the design is not as expected.
