Disclaimer: I'm on 1.8.0 on Ubuntu 21.10.

The file chooser is configured to only show local files. Something like gtk_file_chooser_set_local_only (GTK_FILE_CHOOSER (dialog), FALSE); is missing to display gvfs mounts etc.

Would it be possible to support this, or is that fundamentally (as of now) incompatible with the document portal? For me, mounts do indeed appear under "Other Locations". However, I didn't have much luck saving to them from snapped/flatpaked apps. They just silently fail to store anything there.
