Hi, version 1.14.4 is too old and not supported anymore. Can you reproduce this with xdg-desktop-portal 1.18?

@GeorgesStavracas Synaptic says that this version is the latest for my OS, although I also updated the OS.

As per our Security Policies, 1.14 and older are unsupported and unmaintained. Please report this to Ubuntu developers, they might be able to provide you with support for that.
