Write htaccess doc

Suggested by Detlef on the forum: The wiki should have a description on how to have the htaccess running (general purpose of htaccess, neccessary write permissions, ...).

@azett, what do you mean... if the issue is obsolete with the support plugin and the wiki article?

You're right, the Pretty URLs plugin already creates a working .htaccess file, and the wiki seems to have all neccessary information. Therefore, I close this issue.
