Concept of overshoot needs to be incorporated somewhere

In either the flatten or the crush scenarios, one thing that is not getting enough plain language press is the concept of "overshoot". Some people are fatalistic about it "everyone's just going to get it", but they say this often without realizing that human behavior could have a dramatic effect not just on the number of fatalities but the number of infections.
