Operating system (e.g. macOS 11.2.3): Ubuntu 20.04 (also reported on Debian)

🧑‍💻  Expected behavior

Build an Orbit package successfully.

💥  Actual behavior

heat.exe : error HEAT5052 : The directory 'C:\root' could not be found.
2021-07-19T16:48:27-07:00 FTL package failed error="package root files: heat failed: exit status 188"
exit status 1

More info

Looks like it has something to do with mounting the files into the Wix container?

It actually seems to be an issue when the package command is run as root -- the wine user in the container doesn't have permissions to access the necessary files.
