People are having trouble saving notes when creating invalid titiles

don't restrict invalid titles on save

Additional context

Obsidian titles need to have a certain format and I added the same format check to Fleeting Notes.
The same format check isn't needed because in the plugin I dynamically update the title to fit the proper formatting.
Double check that saving invalid titles doesn't affect Obsidian plugin.
