Azure Ensure Owners Receive Security Alerts

What it does

This policy checks all Azure subscriptions to ensure that they are configured to send security alerts to their owners. An incident is raised with the offending subscriptions if any are found that don't.

Functional Details

The Azure Resource Manager API is used to get a list of subscriptions. This list is then used to query the "/providers/Microsoft.Security/securityContacts" endpoint iteratively in order to obtain the security contact information for each subscription.
