Add Support For Audit Logs

Problem

The only information that I have about the changes happening to my flags or segments, is the latest updated_at date, no information on whom made the changes.

Ideal Solution

Audit logs datatable showing, the changes mades, and by whom.

We are actually planning to release a Audit Logging feature in the minor release v1.21. This will contain a way for users to collect audit logs of specific events that happens with Flipt entities. This release will contain functionality for audit logs to be collected on a log file on disk as a sink.
