The Plugin TopLite (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/toplite.1140/) shows the usage of all plugins installed.
On my production server I noticed that the plugin was heavily demanding resources!

A timings report showed that the changes made in the latest commit reduced the resource demand of the plugin.
