Make max zoom out level the same size as the real life processor

If my monitor is 227 pixels per inch (8.93 pixels per mm) and the processor was 3.9 mm × 4.3 mm then if I zoom out all the way, the processor should take up 35 pixels by 38 pixels. This would have to take into account .high_dpi = true.
