I don't understand why doing take-leave for a worker assigned for that shift is disallowed. Doesn't it make sense for a worker to take leave from their shift? I think it makes more sense for an assigned worker to take leave from their shift. Because why would someone take leave from a particular shift if they don't have anything assigned to them?
