Usage Scenario

As title described, try to support flink cdc by scaleph v1 connector framework.
Flink itself has a prosperous ecosystem with so many bigdata components such as iceberg, hudi datalake, flink cdc data integration. Contributors have spent much time and energy on realize such connectors and focus on better performance and usage, seatunnel v1 connector framework provides a simple way for applying such connectors on out-of-box data integration tools
