As the title states, the pull subcommand only updates GenBank data of the current month. Documentation implies that the intended behavior is that pull is comprehensive and updates everything. For incremental updates, the --nmonths flag can be invoked. Current work-around is to force a comprehensive update by specifying a large integer value for the --nmonths flag.

Based on the subcommand description in ui.py file, the current functionality is intended. Instead, the README.md should be updated to reflect this behavior.
