Add prometheus exporter plugin for Fluentbit

As of now, we have only prometheus exporter remote write output plugin. There is prometheus exporter output plugin available for fluentbit. But that is missing in fluent-operator.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add prometheus exporter output plugin for fluentbit in fluent operator so that prometheus exporter can fetch the metrics exposed by the prometheus exporter in fluentbit.
