Rather than outputting progress to Console.Out, it would be cooler to cache and collect progress into ViewModel objects that can be mapped into descendant progressbars:

By default children will collapse when done, making room for new/concurrent progressbars.

You can keep them around by specifying CollapseWhenFinished = false

Possible challenges:

  1. Does not play well with logging Mpdreamz/shellprogressbar#54 Does not play well with logging
