Is there any chance this will work with MuseScore 4?

I've got it working on Windows and Ubuntu 22.04LTS with MuseScore 3, but the MuseScore team have moved on to MuseScore 4. As near as I can tell the last MuseScore 3 release for Linux was in October of 2019 (https://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/musescore/releases/MuseScore-3.2.3/).
