Migration notes

In development, commands make start and make stop have been renamed to
make docker-start and make docker-clean. You’ll also have to rebuild the
bundler image with make docker-build.

You can set the new APP_FEED_WHAT_IS_NEW environment variable to change the
feed served by the “What’s new?” link (in “Help & support”).
