Use case

Documentation doesn't have all the information about limitations and other changes introduced in Android 13 and 14.
For example, no mention of exact alarm permission or explanation on when permission is provided automatically, when not, etc.

Proposal

Update both documentation on the website and in markdown files to be up to date with changes in Android related to work with alarms
