It would be really helpful, if the urls in the index.yaml would be relative. That would enable me to use these charts with an mirror in artifactory.

Like:

    urls:
    - flux-1.3.0.tgz

instead of:

    urls:
    - https://charts.fluxcd.io/flux-1.3.0.tgz

I think i have found a possible solution for this and mentioned it in stefanprodan/helm-gh-pages#4
