Send user a monthly report via email (cf. #49).
Could use the keybase.io-api (such hipster. much wow) to get the users gpg-key and send an encrypted mail.

We can use https://github.com/niftylettuce/email-templates with https://www.npmjs.com/package/node-schedule for monthly reports
