功能描述
给 melody 添加 proxy 配置功能，支持配置海外/国内代理，分别在海外/国内音乐平台生效

为什么需要该功能
解决大陆境内无法访问海外音乐平台，国外IP无法访问国内音乐平台的问题

你能想到的解决方案
添加 proxy 配置，支持配置海外/大陆代理。由 melody 决定哪种代理访问哪个来源，不需要用户关心 proxy 对应 source 的问题。

核心组件 media-get 已经支持代理。foamzou/media-get#12 后续安排接入到 melody
