bug: noice.nvim cursor conflicts with smoka7/hop.nvim cursor causing graphical issue

Describe the bug

The issue only appears when noice.nvim is installed. When on a blank line and you
call hop, the cursor goes black.

Here is what I mean:

Call hop with noice.nvim

Calling hop without noice.nvim

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install both noice.nvim and hop.nvim
2. Call HopAnywhereBC on an empty line

Just checked, and #581 doesn't fix the cursor issue.
