I am not getting the youtube icon in the toolbar with angular 2

Hi,

I am not able to get the youtube icon in the toolbar when i use the ckeditor youtube plugin 2.1.1. I have configured as per the read me document but could not able to see the icon in the toolbar. Also in the network section i dont see the .js file getting called.please let me know the solution for it

I am getting the icon only if i apply the manual process
