Add subtitles on Introduction to FontForge video (General UI Introduction) #145

I would like the French translation to point to the video with corresponding French subtitles. English viewers could also benefit from this function as some sentences are difficult to understand.

Subtitles files simply need to be uploaded to Youtube by the owner of the video. They don't need to be displayed by default. The link in DesignWithFontforge will decide if they are displayed or not.

I have created a first version of an English SRT file from the automated captions provided by Youtube. It was pretty funny what Youtube could think it was.

@davelab6, could you please review it and add the missing words where question marks are?
