About use of CCL code

(sorry I tried to find your contact (e.g. email) but couldn't find one, so I used this way to contact you). I work for AMD USA, my name is Shuai Che and saw your codes for CCL on Github which are really nice. We hope to use your code and port them into an OpenCL version. Is there any special license term along with your CCL code? If it uses a BSD license, that would be the best for us!
