SFDX notification keeps running even when the process has completed.

SFDX notification keeps running even when the operation is complete .For example :
SFDX:authorize an org ran successfully but the notification keeps running due to which we dont know whether the process has ran

Yeah the same issue happening for me.
CLI version is

sfdx-cli/7.47.0-0e5d18732f win32-x64 node-v10.15.3
