Article page: sharing links for draft articles are cutoff

Describe the bug

When you create a post and save as draft, then you go to the preview, the links to share it to other platforms is hidding behind the nav bar.

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'write a post'
2. Write a new post
3. Save your post as draft
4. Preview it
5. Try using sharing it to other platforms inside dev.

Expected behavior
The links to other platforms should be visible.
