User trying to "Connect GitHub Account" redirects to Sign Up page

Describe the bug

A DEV user wrote in that they want to add their GitHub to their DEV profile, but when they click the “Connect GitHub Account” button, it redirects to https://dev.to/users/sign_up.

To Reproduce

NOTE: I haven't tried to reproduce this issue, but here's what I would suggest.

1. Go to https://dev.to/settings/account
2. If you have both Twitter and GitHub connected, you'll need to disconnect you GitHub account. If you don't have Twitter connected, you'll need to add it.
3. Once you have just Twitter authorized, click on "Connect GitHub Account"
4. You'll be directed to the sign up page.

Expected behavior

As a user, I should be able to add my GitHub account to my existing DEV account without having to sign up. I shouldn't be directed to the sign up page when attempting to connect my account.

Try to logout from your Twitter/Github, clear browser cache and then login fresh. Worked for me.

Of course, I had logged in from Twitter and wanted to attach GitHub account to DEV one.
FYI, I logged out and logged in again, on both GitHub and DEV. But it is still redirecting to https://dev.to/users/sign_up.
It's weird. Because I see some other users of DEV have their GitHub attached.
Maybe they could joined from GitHub initially. But I would like to keep my current DEV account joined from Twitter, since I started activity there.

Yes, ad blocker is running. I tried without that also. But didn't work as well.
